4th of Cream Cheese

Happy 4th! Had to show off the cake I made for D’s family gathering today. I don’t cook much, so when I do it’s a cause for celebration. Cream cheese frosting … mmmmm.

    Hmmmmm, cream cheese frosting, aahhggg!

    That’s almost worth a trip to Alabama for. I broke down on a Greyhound bus in Mobile once. It was strange. I was stuck inside of Mobile, and , oddly enough, I did have those Memphis blues again.
